The place it's was good

it was full of ants

The app said the room is R650 when i got on site the room was R800 it was already late and we didnt have a choice but to take it😔 never again use this app and the place when im going to Mpumalanga. I rather call the places.

The staff members were friendly. The location is good.

The room was dark (lighting was inadequate). There was no lace curtain for privacy in the event i needed to use natural light. The reception promised to provide me with a side lamp, it was never given. There were ants in the room. I stayed for 4 nights, on one morning, I woke up with ants all over my head and face. I don't know how they climbed the bed. The room was not clean.

There was no toilet roll The shower door was broken No towels Bed was no comfortable

I don’t have a problem with the property the problem is your bed they need to change them

We checked in late, there was no one at the reception. We called the landline with no answer, security had to give us personal number of a lady called Mirriam because the was no one at the admin office.

After checking in, we were not escorted to our room . They just gave us directions of which we got lost because we are not familiar with the place. We had to go back the the security to show us the rondavel

When we arrived there, the receptionist told us that they do not have space for us, even after it has been confirmed telephonically and via booking.com They made no attempt to source alternative accommodation. It is not safe to stay there with your children

Not reliable

They accommodation booked was taken by others who booked directly with them my reservation wasn't fulfilled and they failed to provide alternative accommodation prior and never respond to my calls as they promised, therefor this was their system glitches, that I've got nothing to be charged off.
