The place is beautiful outside

The swimming pool wasn't clean my kids couldn't swim it's even written swim at your own risk, our room wasn't well prepared I had to go to the reception to ask for cups, coffee and sugar so we can have tea, rooms are cold no heater nothing😭 I've asked at the reception the lady said sorry we don't have heater. 1 bathing rapping towel for 4 people as I've booked for 4 people, no hands towel no hands soap yooo this people didn't prepare our room, it was dark the outside lights where off the reception lady said she can't light for us she didn't give me the reason why, probably they needed to replace the light bulb I don't know, the couches are tearing this place needs renovations. The other room where I booked for 2 the side bedroom light only 1 lighted, I've booked 2 rooms for 6 people but wasn't pleased with the rooms.Book at your own risk, was very very disappointed 😞😞

Running water at shower and toilet need to be fixed

The place should close and be renovated. New management is needed.

The bed legs was not balanced, it has old duvet

That the had no shower in the room and no air conditioning was frustrating in this heat

The bed was small and there is no backup during load shading
