"What a horrible experience!!!"

I would like to find out how Bookoing.com can put such a horrible place on your vacation destination list.I booked in on 28/04/2023 at 17h15 and booked out an hour later at 18h15,I could not risk my families' safety and joy like this.Please I have been using you guys for a long time now,and it is the first I was so rudely disappointed and dissatisfied.I did ask Noma nini lodge for a refund,waiting on them they say up to 14 days.Please please remove this place from your list..

Everything was of very very very very poor standard,this is no holiday destination at all!!!

Nothing. Everything was a mess

Cold shower. Got shocked by electricity inside the bath tub. Couldn't use the swimming pool because they refused cleaning it. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
