Your room and your garden are so perfect

The location was good

I didnt sleep the whole night people were making noise at the hall and around 3am they were making noise and dancing next to my room,but the security was around they did not try to control those people who were making the place as a club

Nothong, we left just after we saw the place, very bad condition, bad location, just an awefull place. We booked into another place

There was no kitchen stuff like listed on the check list . Lots of things where not there or not working as expected. so that's so disappointing becouse is a self catering .

1)waited more than 1hr just to book in system off line and could not find booking. 2)Beds the springs were coming thru the mattress. 3) Had to ask for kettel and glasses could only find 1 glass. 4) Security at the gate was sleeping on duty had to wake him up when we came back from function 23.00 5)Door once locked did not unlock,we tried to get help from reception she could not help,we eventually broke the door to get out. 6)it's a day later and manager has still not returned our calls. 7) There was cleaning chemicals in soft drink bottle with no label in the room and we mistook it for cooldrink. We will not recommend this establishment to anyone it was a horrible experience and we stay in at least 5 to 6 guesthouses a month but this was the Pitts.

They had a double booking, the room we got had 2 single beds that weren't the same height, had to go buy clean towels and cleaning materials to clean the room

The place is easy to reach,clean and staff made our stay more comfortable with their help whenever we needed something

TV and aircon were not working and our room didn't have any towels

Everything was good except t.v was not functioning in our room no.2.

Like the environment .

The place is noisy at night, the club in the yard is noisy. The reception was great with her work and helpful.
