Everyone at Double Tree was very helpful, Ericka Burns, at the front desk, went above and beyond in making us feel at home, and was incredibly sweet to our 10 year old daughter.

Erica was a delight, always took care of us and gave us everything we needed while we stayed home n the doubletree this weekend:)

I had my doubts checking in, but the gentlemen at check in , Dewayne went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-kept, but the real highlight was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful, and it’s clear the team takes pride in providing a great guest experience. Huge thanks to Dewayne and everyone at the hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

Pague un feed extra por llevar a mi perro de 2 meses de edad cuando seleccione la habitación y en recepción pague otro feed de 100dlrs y los trabajadores me dijeron que serían reembolsables al final de mi estancia, esto fue hace un mes y hasta hoy no he recibido el reembolso, los trabajadores dicen siempre estar ocupados, por fin logro hablar con quien dice ser la “manager” y ahora me encuentro con la noticia de que mis 100dlrs no son reembolsables, tuve 5 llamadas antes con diferentes empleados y todos me decían que los 100dles eran reembolsables.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. Perfect location for our weekend. Great stay!
