We were able to check in early. Location is great, close to family and activities. The height of the beds make it difficult for shorter people, and older people to climb into the bed. Doors were sticking and difficult to open. The bathroom is bright and spacious and common areas comfortable and inviting. A friendly staff too.

TV, refrigerator, washing machine and side entrance NOT working. Staff indifferent. Room not ready upon check in. Fire alarm in room went off in middle of night. Calls to front desk went unanswered. Went out and desk attendant who was watching a show on personal phone was not alarmed that smell in room from A/C caused alarm to go off. No other rooms available. Had to leave in middle of night due to safety concerns. Stay somewhere else!!! Not a good representation for Hilton.

"Not much help"

Our TV would not stay on or off - we notified the front desk and they said they would send maintenance but no one ever came. We had to completely unplug it for it to stay off so we could sleep. Let the front desk know about it again in the morning but nothing was said or done.

"Everything's broken"

I'm in the area routinely for work and tried this out, but it is not a great hotel. The laundry was broken my whole stay. The fitness center was never stocked with towels, and the water filter displayed a red "change filter" alarm the whole time I was here. The breakfast is sub-par and the staff isn't very helpful, no effort to fix or log these issues. I won't be staying here again.
