Front desk person was very nice even though Booking had a problem with our reservation

A few hairs in our bed when we pulled the comforter back so that makes you question whether sheets were even changed🤢

We got a dirty room with dirty beds. The sheets were not changed and had hair and pieces of lint on them. The shower curtain had mildew on it. Not soap in the shower. The receptionist gave us sheets and we had to change them at 11pm. Additionally, at 2:15 am , the room next door had a noisy party with music and shouts. What a nightmare.

The location is nice but the place is not what i’d hoped. I’ve been here with my family for 3 nights. (We still have one more night) There was an old T shirt in my room from a prior guest stuck between a credenza and a table. Hallway has needed to be vacuumed on our floor for last 2 days. After seeing it still dirty last night, I told the front desk this morning and was never done. Carpet on the floor in the lobby in front of the elevator is very dirty. Staff seems nice but would not stay again.

The breakfast is excellent with very good choices.

the price this this visit was very expensive compared to my other visits.

Location and comfortable beds

The room was dirty, it was not vacuumed. The hallway carpet was filthy, garbage and crumbs in all the corners. We had to ask for a vacuum to clean our own room because we were told cleaning staff had gone home already. It was 4pm when we checked in.

No complaints

Great location right off the interstate. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was recently built and was very nice. All of the staff were friendly and kind. The only comment I would have is regarding the use of a "barn door" style door for the bathroom in the rooms. It did not lock and it is easy to pinch fingers. I don't know if they have these in all the rooms, but I would not think these are kid friendly. Other than that I would definitely recommend.
