Magic View Apartments

The apartment is clean, big and comfortable, has all the necessary utilities. The location is perfect, it is not in the old city, but only 3-4 minutes walk there, so you stay away from the noises of the old city. The view is amazing. Parking situation is also ok, a bit hard to find a place but always possible, it just sometimes requires strong nerves and good parking skills. I have neither, but I still survived. Dani is a great host, was always responsive even in the matters not related to the apartment. The house has no lift, and it is around 80+ stairs to go up, but hey, those extra calories are not going away just like that.

Great location. Apartment is beautiful and fully equipped. Just over the bridge from the old town in a lovely old building but the apartment is very modern. Best of all are the hosts Dino and Slaven. Really kind, helpful people. Excellent communication. Any questions were answered within minutes. And of course you have that magic view! If you are going to Zadar, stay here.

One of two private apartments on the third floor (no lift) of a traditional old 1906 Zadar block on the waterfront overlooking the old town. Very much as described, lovely modernised apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was an easy walk to old town (5 mins max). Things like WiFi and air-con also good. The property's host speak's excellent English and it was very easy to arrange a check-in time a couple of days before via Expedia app or via Whatsapp. Thank you also for the restaurant recommendations provided. There is a local supermarket next door for essentials. The property does not have its own parking so note that you will find free spaces in front, or by neaby apartment blocks, so free spaces are not guaranteed as locals will be parking around the site too. You might have to park up elsewhere and pay. Otherwise a very good stay. Thank you.

Amazing apartment, fantastic location, grocery stores & plenty of restaurants close by, very good value for money, walk everywhere, no need for public transportation. Super owner, very friendly, no problems whatsoever, would highly recommend & would love to return again in the future!

Made error on previous rating, staff were wonderful and definitely 10 out of 10. They met us early upon arrival and Dino was such a good host and gave us all the info we needed to set us up for a wonderful week.
