Sorrento Comfort Rooms con piscina

On arrival. You have to check in via the hotel across the road, staff there were lovely and made fresh lemonade. Offered us the use of the swimming pool and gym for free. The property was lovely and clean, big spacious room. We had a balcony and a clothes horse to dry clothes. The room came with a fridge, kettle. Teabags. The host also left beach/pool towels for us. Aircon worked very well. We were able to book an excursion to Positano and Amalfi through the hotel which was great and stress free. There’s a small shop beside hotel so perfect for water / snacks.

It is a good 20-30 minute walk to the main square in sorrento. The shower would often be cold, and you would have to wait 20-30minutes for hot water. The apartments are on a train line, so the room will shake with the train passing and can be noisy. However a lot of the accommodation on that street will be affected by the passing trains.

Great stay here. The property is about a 10 minute walk from Piazza Tasso and extremely clean. I’d recommend the room with the terrace as it is bigger than the others. We were allocated the wrong room on arrival but this was sorted promptly once we raised it. The train noise is an issue - the rooms are sound proofed but the trains are very loud and they start around 5.30am. Thankfully they finish around 10.30pm. The pool is not on site which we didn’t realise until we arrived. There are plenty of sun beds despite it being shared but you do have to cross an extremely busy road to get to it. All in all I’d recommend staying here for sure, the staff are very nice and the room is lovely for a few nights.

The room was lovely modern comfortable & clean (thankfully it had soundproofing doors so you didn’t hear the traffic when both doors closed) The pool was great but in a hotel over the road which isn’t clear on the booking information.

The Grand Prix track outside made sitting on the balcony an awful don’t bother experience literally from 8am - midnight was manic! Slight issue that you have to pay cash at the bar because you’re not staying in the hotel - made us feel like a 2nd class guest even though you check in and check out there ? Location was approx 2.5 km walk to get to the Main Street we like walking but this one was very unpleasant - narrow pathways where you have to walk behind each other dodging traffic on the Grand Prix track. We think Booking.com needs to revise the listing information

The room was great, very comfortable and spacious, the outdoor terrace was lovely too!

The location wasn't great, its quite far out of the main hub - although this is clearly stated in the listing. Its also very noisy as the room backs onto a train line and is also on the main street so you can always hear cars and trains. Bring ear plugs.

The room was clean and well furnished. The pool area was relatively large with plenty of loungers. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The walk into main town was easy enough.

The room, although nice, was quite small. It felt that 'comfort rooms' were of a slightly lower standard than the parent hotel. Whilst only a minor criticism, I don't feel that pool towels should be chargeable.

Very clean and comfortable, attentive staff with homemade lemon juice on arrival , pool and sun bathing area excellent, was a 10 minute walk to busy past but all flat, highly recommended
