Had to let the shower run for a bit before getting hot water

It was good that you could use the facilities of the hotel across the way but also have the benefit of the separate outdoor terrace (facing the railway). For the most part the staff were very friendly and helpful

Be wary of the animals - I had a lizard inside.

Positives: use of pool and gym at Hotel across the road. Clean and had everything we needed. 10min walk to centre of Sorrento. Negative: street and train noise. However I found this in most of the places we stayed in Amalfi area. So not specific to this area.

Check in and maps brings you just across the road which was grand along with the pool facilities. Location was perfect everywhere was only a 10 min walk or so. Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc. the hotel hold luggage if needs be. Beds were comfy, mini fridge in room was useful and balcony nice and big

The shower was never hot for too long. We did flag it with staff and it improved slightly however it would take forever to heat up and then the water wouldn’t be hot for too long.

Excellent accueil auprès de l'hôtel situé en face de la chambre du Confort rooms. Recommandation d'un bon restaurant lié à l'hôtel. Personnel parlant français. La chambre est confortable et bien équipée. A proximité à pied de la gare pour partir en bus sur la côte amalfitaine. Excellent séjour d'une nuit.

Great location and lovely big room with balcony. Breakfast very good and staff welcoming

The staff were so charming - so friendly and helpful which made the stay extra lovely.. fresh orange juice on arrival, breakfast food delicious, room was comfy and clean, beautiful pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the terrace room which backs onto a train line, you soon get used to it but if you are a light sleeper it may be better to use the sister hotel. (hotel gardenia!). Would be good to have 2 sets of keys from the room as we had to share.

Excelente Alojamiento. La habitacion muy bonita, limpia y muy comoda. Muy cerca de los puntos de interes caminando. La atencion del anfitrion excelente. Sin duda alguna, volveria a hospedarme en este lugar.
