This location is incredibly convenient, with a wonderful variety of dining and shopping spots nearby. Plus, the staff members are truly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist you!

None; I had an excellent experience at the hotel.

The rooms are recently done and the hotel is very clean. Also the staff is wonderful.

Air conditioning I am guessing is still work in progress. While the rest of room screams renovated but the air conditioning was still vintage. The rooms are a little small for a similar style hotel.

First, the room had an odor- smelled like stale bug spray. Room was also stuffy upon entering. There was 1 ice machine for all 4 floors- which there was a visiting high school basketball team, no doubt they were thirsty. Ice machine ran out of ice before 10pm. Also I did not get the breakfast I paid an additional fee for. And finally 2 hours before check-out the maid staff entered our room..no knock or any for-warning. That is the rudest, as well as violating, mistake the staff could carelessly do. At LEAST knock. Unless they got notified we had checked out early, they should wait until checkout time to feel safe to use their master key and enter a room they KNOW to be occupied. I will say, though, that their check-in process you can do from your phone to expedite the process was appreciated.

There was no pool as advertised. We had to walk over to their 'sister' property Residence Inn to use their mini pool.

The neighborhood was safe and convenient. The staff was also friendly and respectable.

Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Very mellow vibe here, good energy and a nice area to stay at.

Paying 100 for 5 days worth of deposits. Instead of 20 because that's the deposit and I'll be in the same room the whole time but yet got charged a deposit ×5. But everything else perfect I'll be coming back and pay another 100 deposit honestly lol
