Apartment Nikola

Everything was good. We booked this apartment spontaneously and our host did everything so we could feel comfortable. The district is good, we had restaurant, bakery and cafes nearby, public transport stops were also not far. I would recommend this apartment for other guests! :)

The location is not too far from city centre.

We encountered several issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. Initially, there were no bed sheets provided, only a mattress cover and two small duvet covers. Despite requesting bed sheets at 15:00, we did not receive them until 22:30 after a prolonged and unnecessary discussion with Nikola. Additionally, I had inquired weeks in advance about the possibility of checking in at 12:00, but received no response. On the day of our arrival, we were informed via message that check-in could only be at 14:30. We arrived on time but had to wait 30 minutes downstairs. Furthermore, during check-out, Nikola's mother arrived 15 minutes late. It was extremelly difficult to communicate with Nikola as he usually doesn't answer the phone, and doesn't have WhatsApp. Additionally, the furniture was cracked and generally in poor conditions, even dangerous when it comes to the electric plugs. Overall, these issues detracted significantly from our enjoyment of the apartment.
