Apartment Nikola

It is really nice place with lot of potential to be really exceptional. While being centrally located it is in a really nice, quiet neighborhood that makes it a perfect spot to rest after a busy day. It is at a less than 5 min walk to all the public transport means and if you like walking you need less than 30 minutes of a nice walk to get to the center.

While from just looking, it seems that the apartment is clean, actually it needs just a bit more care and patience to make it really so - kitchen and bathroom needs to be THOROUGHLY cleaned and made up. The little details that are now missing - such as trashcans and hangers for towels in the bathroom and kitchen, some multi-practical cabinet in the entrance hall to hang jackets and coats, store the vacuum cleaner and also to leave small things on it such as keys, can be easily made available for guests to fully enjoy this place that really has the potential to be suitable even for even longer stays.

Great location, easy access from the bus station and train station. Lots of shops, cafes, ATMs, public transport stops. Tourist attractions within walking distance. Comfortable bed, warm room (but don't forget to turn on the hot water boiler). Cooperative host, wi-fi is good.

Lighting issues: the overhead light is very dim and the room is dark, the light by the bed didn't work, the light in the bathroom flickered like crazy. There are no sockets by the bed, no coat hooks in the hallway. The kitchen has a stove and utensils, but no regular knife for example.
