Everything was smooth

I dont kno if they are trying to improve it but i did not feel safe there

No towels in room and bugs in bed roaches and front desk wouldn’t give me and my family towels for a 2 bed room

There place is horrible. There were at least two families that live there. Area is not comfortably at all. I dont kniw what missed to choose this prices. Hotels.com please remove this off the list Music & loud talk up to 11pm. Never never again. The floor was dirty. It needed a mopnot just a broom. I hate to think what that was on the floor..gross!!!!!!

Staff was professional and friendly when I checked in. The motel condition was poor by my standards. I would also questions how safe it was in this area. If your run out of better options at least it's a bed so you sleep, maybe.

There’s roaches

The bed was awful. Every time you move the mattress moved too. 2 pillows were thin. Could not sit and watch T.V. comfortably. I would not recommend this hotel. Lots of shady people staying or living there.They moved around at night and were noisy. Went by one room #336 that was being worked on and a strong smell of marijuana was there with door open. Just a place for riff rats and vagrants. The website pictures do not match what you see when you get there. Looks like its under construction everywhere. Then the rain came and guy was on roof fixing leaks that were visible on the upstairs walkway. Office even had leaks going on.Not a very well maintained property. There was a puddle of water at the foot of the bed. Did not see where it came from. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Staff lady who was at reception desk was extremely rude . When I walked in the establishment there was a husky gentleman speaking with the receptionist. She did not greet me , she made me shout out my phone number while a stranger was in the room. She even shouted my room door number out. When I tried to ask her a question she ignored me & even rolled her eyes. She put my safety at risk. Something which she is to ensure .

My son and I stayed here for about 3 weeks or so and it was a pleasant stay overall. The beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was consistent. The only down fall was every 11 days you will have to change rooms! Best part of our stay was MS NANCY the hotel manager!!!! She was soooooo nice and sweet to us!!!! She had a smile and friendly attitude every time i had to go into the front office. We DEFINITELY will be staying here again :)

Property says there is WIFI, laundry and 24/7 front desk. none of this is true. This is a filthy establishment, the operators NIKI and PETER are not able to help you with anything, there is no housekeeping. Linens and towels are dirty and threadbare. there are massive problems with crime, cockroaches in the room and general lack of cleanliness of the rooms, premises and basic amenities do not exist. People who are coming to visit the area for tourism or family - this is not the place for you. If you want to use/sell drugs, or are coming for a low-budget prositute - this appears to be a solid choice for nefarious activity.
