Ramada by Wyndham & Suites Warner Robins

Dirty, very disappointed,rusty lamps, blood stains on the bed in 2 different rooms, bathroom was horrible a joke, I would not even sit down on anything or touch anything would definitely not consider this place to anyone even if they were homeless.

I made a reservation and paid extra for a "newly renovated " room. Regular room was $70 and we aid the extra 10 dollars. Well, they always say. You get what you paid for. That certainly was the case here. When we got to our room it was absolutely disgusting. Smelled horribly like cigarette smoke, curtains stained and with blood and or bug residue...idk. beds just had sheets, no duvets. Toilet paper was jumbled up on the toilet. Was NOT staying in that room. Went to fromt desk and they was unsure if there was better. I wanted to leave but we were there with grp of friends. They gave a key to try another room. It at least didn't rink of cigarette smoke. Was possibility blood/ stains on that curtain as well but mot as bad. Tub faucet constantly leaked, felt if I stayedin too long I'd loose a kidney. Also half the pressure would not go to the shower head. One bed just had a sheet...other had a blanket under the sheet. Hairdryer was absolutely disgusting, had bug crap or something all on it... People I talked with in my grp had same issue... first room was disgusting, second was passable. Ssooo you play a bad lotto here.. If your grp of ppl come bacllk to the area. We are AVOIDING this place.

It was worth the stay

I like that they have a little bar and a kitchen sad part is not being used and they're in prime location and I remember when they were operational I've even tried to get a job here I was told once they weren't hiring couple hours later I heard an employee tell her person on the phone to come on in and do that application they had a spot I've been here like 3 weeks now almost and it needs a little improvement but it's not bad I need the job I'm not asking them to give me anything but a job I help them they help me I need the job they need to work done I am an electrician I built houses for contract is at Buzzell heating and cooling on South tammy I've worked at Dow chemical in New Orleans and fruit of the loom in Chillicothe Ohio never been fired worked at the Georgia national fairgrounds and City Hall Dismas house Federal transition Center in Macon Georgia and to be totally honest out of all the job skills I have degrees and trades I would rather cook passion is something always want to do and it's not work to me cuz I love doing it they have a kitchen here we can help each other I help them boost customers and they give me a job I never write down a pay that I expect I leave that to the owner I expect them to be fair because whoever I work for I represent them so if they don't look good I don't have a job so I have to make them look impeccable but could y'all please look into my points I've been staying in this hotel while and I always have a discrepancy with how I pay

I like the staff that I spoke with they are very courteous people but whoever the main boss is our owner really need to stop being cheap and fix this place to be honest if somebody came by and really looking and inspected they would closed this place immediately just because of empty rooms in the condition of them where they're not even working on them they're just storage nobody wants to rent a room and half of the hotel is Right hotel or worse they keep changing up how I pay or it don't go on the computer I never get my point I've gotten one room and I didn't even have enough points then I'll spend a ton of money here a room is like 70 something dollars I spent that a lot of times so you get like half a point for a room that I really don't like it's like I spent a lot of money for below mediocre or average room which has potential if they just hot new stuff to do it as far as maintenance everyone else is fine they're not bad people I'm pretty sure they can do the job if the person that's doing the budget go ahead and buy the materials instead of trying to squeeze every cent until someone does what I'm doing now

the first room we were given smell badly of pet urine. They moved us to another room, I had a lot of dirt on the floors still, a dead cockroach in the middle of the bathroom floor, and ant walking across the middle of the bed. We did not want to be send to another room. It was late in the evening so the front desk clerk let us cancel our reservation and find another hotel to stay in. She was very understanding through this ordeal and tried to be helpful. The "security" guy was also nice, but looked like he just came in from his job selling drugs on the street corner. We were shocked that we had this experience at a Ramada.
