Ramada by Wyndham & Suites Warner Robins

It was mid.

I did not like anything about the property. The place was filthy and is in a unsavory location. The room was absolutely disgusting. I did not stay. I was refunded my money. Orbitz should remove this property from the website.

The price and it was pet friendly.

There was blood stains on the carpet near bathroom door. There was another red stain in between the two beds. There was a roach on the bathroom floor (alive). There were brown finger streaks on the back of the bathroom door. The over all experience was very gross. Felt like staying in a crime scene.

Nothing.

No hot water. Roaches in the room. Didn't get a deposit back. Horrible

There were NO juice No eggs . NO breakfast.

I ask for a NON smoking room and the room completely smells like cigarettes.

Pet friendly which was needed for our hurricane evacuation stay. Other positive was good sound barrier between rooms. Very little noise heard. Pool looked nice, but there were no pool chairs so we didn’t utilize the pool at all. The rooms are outdated and in need of repairs, ie. Door frames look like the doors were kicked in at some point, non-working telephone.. Semi-clean. We did find two dead roaches but none that were alive. The shampoo/conditioner they offer were not full and bottles were sticky. We opted to purchase some and hand soap from the nearby dollar store and Target. The breakfast in the morning is very limited, basically we only ate the pancakes and juice. There was a mishap with my reservation and they were able to refund me after my stay for the extra room that was accidentally booked and charged to my account which is greatly appreciated.

The sheets,carpet drapes had stains and looked dirty. The entire room looking like it was falling to pieces,the lamp shades were crumpled and very dirty. The staff used so much carpet fresh it came be an my husband headaches and sinus problems. This place is falling apart. Wyndham should be embarrassed.

We stayed at this motel as an evacuation site from Hurricane Milton. The property could definitely use upgrades and fixes to the room. There were spaces where the doors should be sealed - entryway into the room. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating considering the conditions they are working under. Breakfast items were not fresh, both hair dryers were broken, stained carpet and couch. Management needs to know they have a very dedicated staff and would benefit by upgrading the facilities.

The room smelled of water and mildew. The room was dirty. They moved us to a not updated room even though we paid for upgrade due to our dogs. The hotel ran out of toilet paper and did not get any until next day. There were 3 additional charges on our account. We had to go to burger king to buy ice.

I was so disappointed as you walked at my door something was spilled at the door.

The picture on website was deceiving.
