Ramada by Wyndham & Suites Warner Robins

Staff was nice. Location was quiet and convenient to stores. Bed was comfortable. My room didn't have a microwave but once I informed the front desk the young lady had one of the workers find me one and brought it to my room my 1st night.

A better variety for breakfast. More hot food. I had wiped down the headboard and it was super dusty. The shower pressure wasn't good and the rooms out dated.

Not one single thing. It's a real Dump.

The Roaches. Bad smell, Dirty Towels,Dirty tub, red stains in carpet, People by the pool smoking weed, no washcloths. Bed sheets Dirty,Girl at front desk didn't want to give us a receipt upon checkout. I stayed up most of the night fighting Roaches. My husband had to go buy Roach spray and cleaning supplies. Don't go to this raggedy hotel. Needs to be closed down false Advertising.

Upon arrival the front desk clerks were very resourceful with traveling and restaurants info. We felt endanger and by one of your hotel guess. Finally the room was very dirty, my skin itched from using the linens ( Just over all a filty and very out dated room, Nasty walls and carpets) GROSS. Needs a total remodeling.

The best part was being able to stay so close to where we needed to go the next morning to renew my Military Dependent's I.D. card.

The motel was substandard. The tub was filthy. There was peeling paint. The furniture was old and chipped. It smelled of mildew. I have asthma, I was getting sick. I had to leave early and want a refund.

The Staff was pleasant, however, the place was dated and we had to fight with the door to get it open. Otherwise we slept well

You walk into lobby and there’s a mildew smell. I should’ve walked out then; and it only got worse. The room was terrible. Peeling paint, mildew smell and bathroom was filthy. To top it off, the air conditioning filters were crusted with dust. Wyndham should be ashamed to offer this to the public.
