Ramada by Wyndham & Suites Warner Robins

This place is too old, and the door is not Secure

The staff are friendly and the location is really good, with lots of restaurants and even a small mall nearby. The A/C worked well and wasn't too loud.

The room smelled terribly of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The carpet was old and dirty. The bathroom is very old and the handle couldn't be fully shut off so the water was dripping in the bathtub.

Worst property I’ve ever stayed at. We had 3 rooms, all awful. Dirty,smelly

Staffing was very nice and attentive. The property is being remodeled.

Front lobby was very classy and clean. The room had a smell of cigarette smoke and was very dated. I was surprised that Ramada allowed this hotel to fly their flag.

The ladies at the desk were AMAZING and warned us the A/C unit was balanced on 2x4s because the owners hadnt gotten them repaired yet. But we were NOT prepared for the stains on the curtains, lamps, and pillows or the amount of noise. At least it was just a quick "one night while we are on the road" stay.

Worn out run down place. No soap in bathroom or shower, loud music playing after 10:00pm, a/c made loud noise during the night. Had to practically break the door down to get in the room (door handle was loose and wouldn't release). Room was terrible, cracked shower walls, was afraid it might be infested with bedbugs. Terrible smell throughout the room.

This property was very unsatisfactory. The door we had to practically kick it to open. The carpet was extremely filthy and the sheets were dirty. The bathroom had no tissue and the stay was just unbearable
