"It was beautiful and clean, but not so much in visitor convenience. Photo shows full size cooler."

The cleanliness of the room and bedding.

Extremely difficult to climb into bed because it was way to tall. There was only single chair in the room. We had to take turns sitting. No table of any sort (desk, chair, ottoman, side or coffee table) to be able to eat/drink, work, or drink coffee on.

"The right stay in comfort"

Location was nice and amenities were comfortable.

Smoking, no access to microwave and sheets had old blood on it. I simple removed the sheet and advised housekeepers…no fuss
