"Check in"

The room was nice modern, great bathroom, bed was comfortable

When we went to check in , there were 2 staff at c the desk I asked what time we could check in and she said we couldn't check in until 3:30 it was 2:40 so we went and sat a table in the lobby until 3:30. At 3:30 we went to check in , a new woman behind the desk asked why we waited to check in. I told her the blonde woman said we had to wait, she said we could of checked in at 2:40. We sat in the lobby for 50 minutes while the original staff sat there and did nothing but chit chat. We just wanted to relax and go back to the casino. It was a terrible beginning to our time there. After that everything went well. If they only did there job it would have been a perfect stay.
