My room smelled like smoke real bad when you walked in the room. I had a air purifier on and all I could smell was smoke. Other than that it wasn't bad.

It had the casino and hotel on the same property which was nice and there was a shuttle that took you to neighboring casinos every half hour

I would have given an excellent rating except for one thing. If it were small, I would have ignored it. Check in desk, two female employees that have very un-inviting looks on their faces. They are usually the first people you meet at a hotel. How they greet the guest is the first impression of the resort. No smiles, no hello’s - ever. You walk past to head to the casino or out of the building it’d be a glance up, eye roll and a frown. Complete turn off. Guy Fieri’s was awesome! Fun employees! Beds very comfortable. Floors could use vacuuming. Nicest person was the head of security. Nice, informative and his smile reached his eyes.

"Thin walls"

The walls are shockingly thin. The people in the room next to us are having a normal conversation. Not being loud or obnoxious. And we can hear every word. Never experienced anything like this at any other hotel. We have stayed here several times over the past 10 or so years, and this is the second time we've had this issue. We hoped the first time it happened was a fluke, but now believe we've just been lucky in years past and had empty rooms next to ours. While we love the 360 restaurant and will remain customers there, we will never stay here again.

"Exceptional"

The staff were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever had at any stay. Especially the older gentleman working at the bar of the casino, in the morning. All 4 days, he knew exactly what I wanted and pretty much started it when I was walking in. Loved Guy Fieri restaurant. I left the casino/hotel when my daughters made me.

So noisy! Can hear people walking and talking down the hallway on the 8th floor and car alarms outside. Plus my pillow smelled like feet. Literally smelled like feet.

This place did us dirty. Literally. We arrived at 6:30 pm on a Friday for our check in. We were told there was zero of our room type available ready for check in, and it could be another 3 hours before it was, they didn’t know how long. At this point we had been traveling for 27 hours straight and just wanted a shower and to relax for a bit, not to wait 3 more hours. So what do they offer us? They put us on the pet friendly floor, claiming it’s all they had available. We reluctantly accepted, as again we didn’t want to wait 3 hours for a room which should have been ready a minimum of 2 hours before our arrival . What a horrible decision that was. We should have just not checked in and left. The hotel was NOISY, dogs barking ALL night , thin walls where you could hear the people next to us talking and hacking up a lung all night , and a Loud air conditioner that seemed to never shut off. We checked out early the next morning and staff didn’t even bother to ask how our stay was. Just grumpily took our keys and handed us a receipt. Harrah’s /caesars should be ashamed of themselves with their service from this property. I will definitely await their response.

The room was nice, a 2-queen room riverview room (which did have a view of the river, it was just a little ways away). I booked the room for after our daughter's college graduation, for her, our son (who is 14), my husband and I (so 4 people). My husband is not much of a gambler so was taking our son to Bass Pro Shops and we were going gambling for a little bit with whatever family wanted to come after supper. Even though I reserved the 2 queen room for 3 adults and 1 child, the bathroom only had 2 bath towels, 2 coffee cups, and then 1 regular coffee and 1 decaf coffee (they each only made 1 cup of coffee-not even a little pot of coffee, ONE CUP of coffee). Did they think out of 3 adults only one of us was going to drink a cup of coffee? And out of 4 people, only 2 of us got to take showers/baths after a day of graduation commencement, receptions, dinner and gambling at their casino. The lady that checked us in was very nice and asked if I wanted their AI person to text me updates etc. I said yes. I even signed up for Caesars Rewards. Didnt get a single text from IVY the AI. Then to top it off, after we first checked in and took our bags up to the room, I dropped something, and my son went to pick it up for me and found an earplug and a beer bottle cap under my bed. The entire situation made my husband not want to stay here again.

nice place, did find an earplug and a blue moon cap right under my bed. Also, I paid for a family of 4 in a 2 queen room, and my room only had 2 towels, 2 coffee cups, 2 coffee pods etc
