This stay was just ok. Would have expected it to be in better condition for the cost of the room. The room wasn’t that clean. The shower tile was rusted and falling apart. It felt like the tub was spongy and going to fall apart. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We were excited for our stay, check in was smooth, we spent $600 in the casino, but when we went to sleep around 1am we got 2 hours sleep because the room 509 next to us (we were in 507) had children and they screamed from 3am till we packed and left at 4:30 from the noise. We told the lady at the front desk but she wasn't much help. The room was $300, so we won't be back, and we're driving 3 hours home to get sleep since we can't get it here. Very disappointed.

The rooms are nice but only two restaurants one is only open from 5-9. Not much to choose from. Also the app sends you to order and the other restaurant that is 5 mins away.

Our carpet had a medicine pill and a sunflower seed so it clearly wasn’t vacuumed. Also the floodlight shining in our window all night was a bit of a disappointment.

We arrived later in the evening. I had booked the room months in advance for the premium with river view. When we arrived we stood there waiting for a while before someone greeted us. Once there we go up to our room and it was a view of the parking lot and smelled strongly of cigarettes. I went down and was informed they were over booked and did not have any other room available but they could come up and spray the room to help with the smell. She also stated she would give us 150.00 hotel credit for food for our inconvenience. We thought that was generous and sufficient. Next morning we leave to go to the zoo. We arrived back at the hotel late afternoon maybe 3ish. We opened the door and immediately hit with a sewer smell. The smell was so bad my husband said not even he could deal with it. He's a commercial plumber not unfamiliar with smells. So he went down to the desk and they said they had a room available with a river view. So we moved rooms much much better. We had breakfast at Guys both sat and sun neither meal going over 50.00. So only using 100.00 of the 150.00 hotel credit. Tell me why they charged my account 95.70? That should have been covered by the hotel credit. At check output i did not sign a receipt nor did i ever receive one.

The desk clerk was friendly and was willing to help with accommodations for a handicapped person. Our biggest complaint was the beds in Room 104. Those platform beds are horrible for senior citizens who are handicapped. They are hard and low to the floor. Very bad.
