We are not into gambling, but stayed at Harrah’s for a concert at Stir Cove. We loved the concert venue and were really impressed with our room. Our room felt very large, and was probably the cleanest hotel room we’ve stayed in for years.

Clean room but fairly bare, no desk chair. Super nice staff. Fantastic view of Stir Cove and the concert. Easy to get around! Staff learns who you are. Guy Fierri's restaurant was spendy but delicious and worth it.

No housekeeping services unless you ask for it. Room key had to be reset daily. Inconvenient for sure. Staff was indifferent to complaints. Bathtub/ shower hardware broken. One was fixed, the other was not. Spent 6 nights here. Will not ever stay here again. Guy Fieri’s restaurant was awesome. Really the only good thing I have to say about the place. Casino is primary a smokers paradise. Not so much for the non smoker. Lesson learned though. Won’t be going back there again.

The room is clean. The casino is a smokers paradise. Non-smoking area for casino play is small. There is no Pinot Grigio served at Harrah’s . Disappointed about that.

Nice clean updated “roomy” room. Comfy bed. Quiet in rooms. Wish there had been a microwave in room.
