"First night was terrible. Second night was better after they finally moved us to another room."

It was very unclear where the breakfast was.

Pool was cold. We had to change our own sheets in our room because nobody was there to do it. We had to change them because we are pretty sure nobody else did before we checked in. Nobody asked how are stay was when we checked out.
