"Natick Stay"

The location.

The pillows were not at all comfortable. Also, the breakfast menu choice was quite limited, considering the property type and the room tarriff. The switch at the bedside on one side was not working. Despite informing the maintenance person working in the next room, it was not looked into and repaired

Location is directly across the street from the Natick Mall - this was fantastic

Bathroom off of the lobby was disgusting. We also asked for a fridge in our room. The first room we were sent to had a huge fan on the floor, cords everywhere and pictures from the wall leaned against the bed so we had to walk all the way back to the lobby to ask for a different room. The room we received had a very strong, unpleasant odor, but other than that was decent enough for a one night stay.

"Best bartender!"

I was traveling to this area visiting family in Natick, but if your staying at this hotel, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar! The bartender, Ed tonight was incredible. He brought such genuine friendliness and energy to the room. You could feel the atmosphere lift as soon as he starts chatting with you and others. Not fake "customer service energy". - the kind that seemed to actually love what he does, and it showed. my French 75 cocktail was perfect, it was crisp, balanced not overly sweet. It actually took me back to old memories with my family. That kind of drink that hits more than just your taste buds because it brings back a good memory and that's what Ed did for me. You can tell he really cares about the craft and the people. I will definitely return When I'm in the area again and bring my family for a French 75 cocktail and to meet a great bartender!
