Wyndham Chicago O'Hare

Very clean, looks like hotel was renovated and looked fresh. Clean beds, room. Lobby, bars were nice too

One-time shuttle. Clean.

The lobby and rooms are not very inviting or attractive but they are clean and seem to be in good condition.

When I first walked in the hotel I was a little underwhelmed. When I was walking down the halls from the elevator I was getting more unimpressed. I heard noise from other rooms (and in fact you can see light from the hall a little around the door when in the room). To be fair this is a budget hotel and I shouldn’t compare it up against 5 star hotels. When I got in my room it was very quiet (I think just due to no neighbors) and the bed was comfortable and clean, and the PILLOWS were really quite GREAT. Real feather pillows. All smelled fresh. Nice large TV, not a smart TV, and my Fire Stick wouldn’t work because the WiFi wasn’t coming through in my room. But I’d rather have no WiFi and be ‘far away’ in a quiet part of the hotel. Another thing that was a nice touch is you get two REAL Glass glasses to drink from. I do hate budge hotels that don’t even give you that. Would I use this hotel again, probably. If I could guarantee a quiet room like the one I had, for sure I would. But the level of noise (and crying children at past 11 pm) I heard on the way to my room makes me quite fearful to not be so lucky next time and not be able to sleep. Then again, maybe if it’s not too busy you could just request a room further away from other guests.

Le transport pour l'aéroport était fiable et efficace. Les conducteurs très sympathiques. À mon arrivée, j'ai eu un petit problème avec mon code de Wi-Fi qui a tout de suite été réglé à l'accueil. Le restaurant est collé sur l'hôtel ce qui est bénéfique après une longue journée à l'aéroport.

Everything was comfortable, bed,bathroom and ventilationsystem. Airport shuttle excellent. Quiet most of the time. Staff was helpful.

As a flight crew that is based here, most of my time staying here when I have work the next day the staff are so friendly , welcoming, and thoughtful. The shuttle driver Martin is always so kind and welcoming also helpful with my luggage and delivers it inside so I can have a quick check-in process. Wyndham should give their employee raise but definitely tip your drivers they carry your heavy luggage’s and provide service to the people.
