"Very smooth"

Very smooth one night stay and 8 nights parking. Staff run the shuttle and parking very efficiently. Our 4:30 am shuttle was packed and we left at 4:31 am with all people and luggage aboard. Super impressed. Made our trip easier.

"Will never go back!"

Will never go back. I accidentally left my sandals and let them know when I’d be returning since we paid to use their parking. When we arrived, no one answered or opened the door for almost 10 minutes — I had to call the sales number just to get someone to respond. When he finally opened the door, he said no one told him anything and that he didn’t have access to lost and found. We’re hardly ever in Chicago, so in the end they kept my property. The beds were hard, customer service was rude, and overall the experience was terrible. They’ve completely lost my business.
