"Great and convenient"

Conveniently located near airport and downtown. Staff was very accommodating.

The outside doors wouldn’t open with our keycard so we could only enter through the main doors.

"Love the place needs a tiny bit of tlc"

Very comfortable and great location.

Toliet needs a new flapper or flush valve gasket. It keeps leaking and does a mini flush about every 15 minutes. Big water waster. Also the nightstand lamp near the window won't stay on, it needs a new switch.

"GREAT experience!"

My husband and I traveled from Chicago to Tokyo and returned from Osaka 11 days later. We drove in, paid for the "Park, Fly, Sleep" program and headed to the airport. Upon our return the shuttle picked us up exactly where our instructions said that they would and took us to the hotel. We had been traveling for 28 hours and were so happy to climb into bed and crash.

"Avoid breakfast, go to IHOP across street for half price"

Decent hotel, break fast was $15 pp and not with it. Avoid and just get IHOP across street for half cost and better taste. 100 character!!!!!!!!!!
