"We had four people in our room.They tried to comp us a King size bed instead of our two Queen beds REALLY"

My room was horrible odor and carpet was soaked. Asked them to check the room. They told me they checked it and I would be good. Went back to room and odor was worse and carpet still soaked.

Location for relatives

Room showers were not access to hight . Room closet was not finish for storing clothing. Missing closet hangers. Limited handicap rooms . Street traffic was loud at night. Brunch food cold and not worth price. Missing valuable in room safe.
