The check in was easy and the front desk staff was kind.

The ‘security’ harassed us for standing in the hallway waiting for my 14yo to come in the door. We weren’t loitering. We were parenting…it was less than 3 minutes that we stood there. He proceeded to follow us down the hallway when she came in. Totally uncalled for. He had no issues with the people walking around smelling like they just smoked some skunk, nor did he press the issue with drunk folks wandering the halls. Also, i found a paper slid under my door at 8am after i got out of the shower. They needed access to the rooms for a fire drill. There was zero communication about this until that morning. I stayed 2 nights, so a heads up more than 2 hours beforehand would have been nice. I called downstairs to see when they would need access. They said they would be going into the rooms at 10am. I checked out by 8:45. I called a friend to come pick me up and take me to midway. I sat on the furniture immediately to the right when you enter the hotel. The cloth smelled like someone rubbed their dirty armpits all over them. So i moved to another couch. Same smell. I sat outside til my friend arrived. The stink was in my nose for hours. That whole area needs to be thoroughly steam cleaned.

Absolutely the worst! Front desk are not friendly or welcoming at all! The placed in extremely dated, old and extremely loud wing of the hotel. It states warm cookies asked the lady for warm cookie stated they do not have any cookies in sour and mean face. Restaurant had ants in the danishes—it was bad experience in the hotel that felt, looked and smelled like Smokey motel room!

Nothing to complain about. It’s an okay place.

Floors were dirty throughout the facility. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. the first time my room (136) had mold everywhere, i had to have medical treatment due to the exposure. This time my room (140) had a dental pic next to the bed and the sheets were not clean at all. Floors had what looked like sugar spilt. you could tell the room was not cleaned.

The staff was wonderful. The cookies fantastic. I have stayed all over the world but I have never found a cleaner room in my entire life. The scent of freshly washed linen hits you as soon as you walk in the room it's fantastic. The shower and bathroom were impeccably clean. The lovely man who worked front desk was so nice we adored the service. The area around the property doesn't have great transportation but we stayed there because they have a free airport shuttle and the driver at 4 am was the nicest person. I would 100% stay here again.

My room smelled so bad that I checked out of the hotel 1 day earlier than what I paid for. I did try to get another room but I was told all the other rooms were booked.
