I am writing to inform you about an issue I encountered with my recent hotel reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was not honored, even though I had a confirmed booking. The hotel advised me to contact you for a refund, despite the reservation being marked as non-refundable. I did not stay at the hotel and had to leave immediately. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for this booking.

On September the 10th, they did not clean. My room, I went to the front desk. Asked the lady at the front desk for clean towels 2 hours later. No, clean towels. I went back to the front desk. She says she couldn't get in touch with the girl. Who's supposed to bring the clean towels? The girl who's supposed to be working cleaning rooms or delivering towels. She outside on her phone, not doing her job. I go back to the front desk. Ask for the towels again now. It's 3 hours later. I still don't have no towels.
