"The condition of the hotel and our room did not warrant me spending over $250 for one night."

The bed that I slept in was very comfortable. Advertised as a queen, but I believe it was a double.

Have extra batteries at the front desk? Our TV was unplugged because there were no batteries in the remote to turn it off. The bathtub faucet had a constant stream leak. Lots of dust around the room in picture frames, table, tops, windows,...... it just felt and smelled dirty all the way around. Breakfast seating was adequate, but the benches along the wall were very worn, torn up, not easily able to sit there with shorts on. There were no nearby delivery menus in the room.

ROOM VERY MUSTY...HUMID. This hotel has the basics, good access between major highways, clean but also spartan....not a whole lot of hominess. Continental breakfast good.

ROOM VERY MUSTY....HUMID. Almost seemed like room was next to the pool at the other end of the hotel. While room was clean the mustiness outweighed the few good points....relatively clean & quiet. BUT, reservation service horrible. Don't try to call the hotel YOU'LL NEVER GET A WARM BODY unless you want to book more rooms. Call the main hotel number and you get re-directed to a general customer service line. I'M ABSOLUTELY CONVINCED THEY ARE USING ARTIFICIAL INTELIGENCE (AI) BOTS HAVING MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO ADDRESS A POSSIBLE RESERVATION ADJUSTMENT. IN EACH CALL I GOT THE IDENTICAL RESPONSE VERBATUM AND NOTICED LONG (15-20 SECONDS) DEADSPACE IN BETWEEN MY QUESTIONS. The BOT gives you a phone number for 'SERVICE' related inquiries. USELESS......THE LINE HANGS UP. We expected a bare-bones basic stay given modestly lower room rates versus Lancaster city (PA) 10 miles to the south. NET-NET this hotel wasn't worth the price adjustment/rate difference.
