Breakfast was ok, though the ‘real’ coffee was pretty weak…. The accessible room worked well for us, though the pre-registration parking was a bit of a palaver.

We were in an annexe down the road which was scruffy and in need of a refurbishment

Huge bathroom and bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Nice quiet location. Parking out of the front of the cottages. Very very impressed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

No major issues at all. Only slight issue was the window in the bathroom in room 22 of the cottages was a little difficult to fully close and let in a tiny draft into the bathroom but in all reality this wasn't a big issue at all.

Never had breakfast but had evening meal which was excellent.

We stayed in blossom cottage rooms 22 and 23 room 22 could of done with a good vacuum also sink took a while to drain. Room 23 the same but plug in sink didn't work. Could both do with a good coat of paint but both comfortable..

Unfortunately, not much Ironing board and iron in the room without having to ask for it. Wifi was good Parking was plenty

Alot… The property is incredibly outdated. It needs renovations badly. The carpets were dirty, the windows and the rooms had cobwebs. The general state of the rooms is basically stuck in the 90’s. I mean I could hear the room next door snoring. The key situation is also a bit laughable. I mean, a small block of wood with 2 keys haha. No cots either.
