Felt bed linen damp, tap to shower needs to be replaced also taps on wash basin need attention!

Check in and check out was good.

The room was tired and in desperate need of an update. However the bed and facilities were good. The breakfast was adequate but not cooked to a high standard, my poached eggs were solid and the bacon overcooked. We also had an evening meal which was average at best.

There wasn’t a rail in the bathroom A bit dangerous nothing to hold on to when getting into the bath

We were in room 11 on the ground floor, sadly the room was not well soundproofed , and we could hear everything going on in the room above. One bedside lamp didn’t work. (Double bulbs)
