"Older staff is ruded,pool closed,not sure rooms gets cleaned"

Some the staff members were off putting/rude I went on early asking if I could check in early he cut me off and very rudely said it's 3 not now. So we came back probably should changed hotels at that point online said pool was open it wasn't but I wasn't informed till after I paid and checked in when I came back (that staff member wasn't rude) we got to the room the sheets didn't seem changed there was stuff from other people left in the room and there were people all night screaming outside it's wasn't worth the money spent I don't think I would ever go back

My installers who were staying at the property said it was terrible. Rubbers in the thrash can and it wasn't emptied. Mold in the room. The couch smelled really bad.

"Used Underwear "

For some reason, even though the rooms were mostly empty, the hotel put me all the way in the back. It was inconvenient. There was used underwear and crumpled condiments in one of the drawers. Also the toilet seat was filthy. I had to wash it myself before sitting down. I probably stayed in the room about an hour before leaving and never coming back.

it smell like mildew. seen bugs in my room. felt unclean. tub was broke. toilet look dirty. pool was dirty. it need new description and pictures up on the site updated
