Horrible experience

Couldn't even get the room we booked because there was no one even in the office. Doors were locked up & lobby lights off. Rang the window doorbell several times but no show. Called the phone # & when a male answered all he did was mumble & hung up on me the 1st time. Never will book with them again!

The staff is always kind and accommodating

The place was old, never updated, vending machines didn't work, the pool was green and unuseable, the staff was rude.

Location

Dirty room. Poor maintenance, staff not on site when we checked in. Outlets not working, toilet seat loose. Homeless man living on premises and constantly begging for money. No breakfast room or coffee. Ice maker out of order. 12 people - half of which were kids in the 2 rooms on either side of us.

I was given a room to the back of hotel, even though I told him I was by myself, as I travel to back it had men hanging outside, the property was not clean old things laying around on ground and some leaning on building, my room supposed to be on inside close to pool, as I proceeded to room I was very uncomfortable men outside again arguing about something, stuff everywhere and it was dirty outside, I never made it to the room, It did not feel safe, I went back to the office to get something closer to the front and he refuse to give it to me, I was by myself and wanted to feel secure but since he refuse, I left property to find another hotel to stay overnight.
