Property looked nothing like the pictures online. Hot tub not working, ice machine not working, had to go to desk to get towels for room, no breakfast like it said online. Room was fairly clean and bed and pillows comfortable. Not my 1st choice if I come back to the area

This place is run down. No phone to call front desk. Only 2 guys appear to work there. Limited outlets to plug our phones in. Positive didn’t see any bedbugs.

Good area to stay for Indiana Dunes or beach. Hotel needs some new carpet and paint and would be a great place to stay.

The fact is was near places I needed to go and did not have bed bugs

The original room booked had to be changed due to being able to see through the door (did not shut flush with the wall). In addition to this, the hallway had heat blowing, and you could barely breathe in the hallway. We change rooms then... .., No shower curtains in the bathroom, stains on the sheets (luckily had my own items), 2 throw pillows instead of pillows, floor /carpet staind felt gross. All around, not happy and checkout, i waited for 5 minutes and buzzed and called to discuss price changing. 122 was ridiculous, but (it was late and had no choice) Nobody ever came, and here I am.

Very nice people. Stay was smooth and calming vibes. Would recommend great price and great place.
