I have had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard in Cromwell multiple times over the past 6 months and have never had anything but a great experience each time. I’ve had my family with me on a few visits and have also stayed solo. On each stay, without fail, we have been greeted by friendly and helpful staff. This includes the entire Front Desk team (shout out to Laura and Jack), the Bistro team and the maintenance and cleaning teams. The rooms have always been spotless and the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent. The adjacent Chilis is very convenient and also very good. There’s a Starbucks, Dunkin’, etc very nearby and if you’re feeling brave, the Walmart is a short walk away. I’ve had the privilege of chatting with the GM, Fernando (also very friendly!) a few times and have complimented him on his hotel and team. Always look forward to my stays !

The food was yummy and the people were nice and the beds were comfy, breakfast took a little bit and a half to arrive though especially if it was busy but I didn’t mind. Overall a pretty swell hotel with nice employees! Would come back to this hotel again!
