Everything was good

Beds were not comfortable and sheets and bedspread had stains or something on them and curtains had stains. Bathroom however was clean. Looks like they are starting to update the rooms

You can hear the people next to you easily. I stayed at this hotel bc i went to vidit des Moines for my 21st bday, it was fine until the last day. When we were sleeping at 11:45PM all i could hear were the damn kids next door screaming.

Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk messed up the 5 room reservations, which were to be paid individually. She gave each guessed the wrong amount to reimburse me since she charged all the rooms to my card. Everyone Venmo me money, but upon looking at my credit card receipt, she had charged approximately $20 more per room than she stated at the desk. One of the five rooms, had soiled, unwashed sheets that looked like someone had vomited in the bed. We went down to complain to the the person at the front desk, and they simply ask us if we wanted a fresh set of sheets. Did not offer a new room. On our way home from vacation, I reached out to the hotel via the Expedia app for which the rooms were booked. I have yet to hear anything back from. I was requesting a refund for the one particular room with these soiled sheets. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very kind. Pool area could use some TLC. Broken loungers and lack of seating in general. Exhaust system for temp control could use some attention to.

Bead was comfortable, air worked in our room fine. Everything seemed clean

The check-in person was slightly lackluster. No elevator was mentioned to us for use, and I don't remember if the site said they had one or not but would have been nice to know in advance. The door to our room stuck had to make sure you actually pushed it shut and was not easy to open. Sunday morning coffee by the desk tasted very old, the breakfast bar just had haphazardly thrown items in the fridge, and hardly any pastries in the case. I stopped looking at that point. Also the breakfast area was very dark.

It was ok. Very dated and ghetto. My room door didn’t shut correctly. Couldn’t open windows. The beds and pillows were terrible! I think the floor would have been better. The pool was ok. No towels though. Breakfast was ok, Better than some. The restaurant or steakhouse was good!
