Quality Inn Fort Dodge

Liked that it had a bar. Missed the free breakfast.

Clean and nicely located.

Lobby was clean and not cluttered. Room was also clean and plenty of room to move around.

It was very reasonably priced. We arrived late in the evening. We were given a choice of room which was clean and larger than expected. The pool was cloudy, probably needed more chlorine. The hot tub was very warm but the bubbles didn't work. The front desk staff were super helpful. The breakfast was not great but okay. At least the eggs were hot.

Like the location we do events at the historic fort, value is great, love the restaurant

Overall everything was fine the only setback is it showing it's age but you can see that they are working to improve, the top cover had stains but the sheets and pillow covers were fine

Someone is literally cooking outside the window—it smells like smoke in our room. I notified manager who was aware they were cooking, but it is still not moved 20 minutes later. I wished that would have been moved, because now everything in our room smells like a campfire. Hoping this gets resolved

The pool has an outside area with a picnic table and grill and a huge area for dogs and kids to run around

1/2 lights in room didn’t work, shower didn’t work, did not match pictures of property on expedia. 2 story building with no elevator. Very outdated and rundown.
