Quality Inn Fort Dodge

Most was ok EXCEPT the beds. I go there to sleep. Both beds in room were hard as boards, and lumpy. My back was so sore the next morning. They were kind enough to give me room with door to outside to potty my dog, but the door lock was busted. Finally got it open, then couldn’t get it shut. My understanding is service dogs should not be charges- guy at desk would not give. I understand deposit to confirm no damage, but ultimately no extra charge. For the price I paid would have paid more to sleep comfortably. But, your there, gonna get billed anyway, what choice do you have?

I had a fire on Friday she completely lost everything the staff at Quality Inn were understanding and extremely helpful they allowed me to stay longer than I was able to pay for at the time until Red Cross or United Way was able to pay for my stay

The price for the room but I guess it's expected seeing how the rate for everywhere else is right about the same price

The staff that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. She was able to get us a new room when I asked because of the guests next door.

Felt rushed to check out. Our keys were turned off at 8:30 am along with other guests. Without working keys it made it difficult to move about the facility.

Price, pool, breakfast options.

Room smelled musty, staff said we were limited to two pool towels even though we had three people in our party, and there was an intoxicated person running around yelling in the hallway between Midnight and 3AM with no apparent ramifications from staff. In-tub bath mat in accessible room was slippery and I almost fell in the shower

My husband stayed and overall his pleased with his satisfactory. He told me the person at the check-in desk barely spoke English and there was a child behind the counter with him. His biggest complaint was that there was no breakfast available until after 7:00am on Saturday morning. He had to check out before then since he had a 4-H training to be at by 7:00am.

Staff was friendly when you saw them. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Was cost effective.

The rooms and hallways were not very clean. Staff was hard to find, even during check out hours. Key cards had to be reactivated about 5 times (was not near other cards nor electronics that could deactivate it).

I was frustrated trying to get the TV to work and the guy the front desk didn't resolve the issue
