Dirty hot tub didn’t work or sauna sauna was messed up broken wood rusty nails my bf cut his hand on nail sticking out

I have been here now for 3 wks. The 1st few days weren’t so good because of disrespectful neighbors that had no respect for others staying here, nor the staff and the property. But that was taken care of quickly with them being removed. Since then, I’ve had a much more peaceful stay. Shilpa, who runs the front desk, is a very caring and protective person. She cares much about your stay. She wears a smile and has a good sense of humor and good attitude! I enjoy talking with her. The rooms are comfortable, with a nice sized refrigerator/freezer, compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed in. Plus, plenty of room to put my stuff in. The bed is very comfortable and pillows/comforter are amazing! Most of the house keepers don’t speak English very well, but it’s fun to try to understand one another. And they always do well figuring out what I’m needing and are so very kind and smile a lot. They are quick with tidying up my room. I don’t eat breakfast much, but the times I have, it’s always been a pleasant experience. Those who take care of the breakfast and those who work in the restaurant, have always been very kind and helpful. And the restaurant has amazing, good quality food! Pretty much all the staff in the hotel have been pleasant to talk to and take care of any need and concern I’ve had.

Not sure that there was a positive

The room clearly wasn’t cleaned. As we arrived there was piece of food on the floor. The hot tub looked operational yet it didn’t work and was colder than the pool. The bfast served looked good but tasted simply awful.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. I asked to be next to my family when I booked my room, and my request was honored without hesitation

Hot tub was cold I would have liked jelly/jam available with breakfast

Hot tub cold with no broken sign. Paint chipping, possible mold in bathroom. Cheap cost. No breakfast?

Our room was clean, the A/C worked great! It was quiet and restful! The pool area needs some work, the hot tub wasnt bubbling. But overall for the price we paid, it was very nice.

Staff should be on hand and at desk when people come in. People expect service, even at a cheaper price.

location was convenient off of second Ft Dodge exit

breakfast was typical for this class of hotel, but it still leaves a lot to be desired. Overcooked egg product eggs are not good.

Easy access and good room and amenities

Nice pool and working hot tub. Very nice and clean dining area for the excellent breakfast. Staff - excellent.
