Snow removal was poor parking and walk ways very poor

Location is near a main road. Restaurant and lounge on site.

The staff was very quick to help when we needed new sheets and trash bags. The cleaning lady stopped by multiple times asking if we needed anything. The pool was a relaxing temperature. Breakfast was ready and hot at 5 am. My only two complaints were about the ice hold hot tub and lack of gym equipment. Some of it didn’t work or didn’t work well. Apart from those which went much of an issue our stay was pleasant and we will definitely chose this hotel for our next visit.

Its was well but the beds were to hard and there were bugs in the lamp and my sister got bit 5 times 4 on her legs and 1 on her neck but apart from that it was an ok experience

The place appeared abandoned at first. The heat in the rooms was barely noticable, no matter how high you set the temp. The breakfast was so so.

Got a room for a friend but when they showed up they wanted $150 deposit for incidentals. I had called earlier to check on incidental charge cause they did not have a credit card and only had minimal cash on hand, was told the deposit was $25. They did not have $150 in cash so they could not get the room that I had already paid for and it was non refundable

Hotel desk clerk was great but thats where it ended. The doors didnt open with key card to get into hotel. The halls were freezing. The hot tub was not working there sauna was not working. The pool area was dirty cold and had aunts. There were no pool towels. The bathroom in pool area was colder then outside. Breakfast was a half hour wait for them to fill anything. No butter no syrup most of the juices were out. when u asked the day shift guy for something seemed like u were asking for the moon he was very rude. Dont let the pictures fool you those were takin when it was first built. The property is run down and looks nothing like the pictures. Also no one will deliver to the hotel as its to far out they say.
