"It was nice but probably wouldn’t do it again for that price."

Friendliness and cleanliness

They stated my room was upgraded but seemed not as good as the one I reserved. I reserved the suite with a garden tub for a reason and the one they gave us didn’t even have a tub period. I was very upset

The front desk staff, bartenders, and house keepers were all wonderful. Very friendly. We had an issue with our neighbors and the staff took care of it immediately and tried to comp us breakfast for the disruption. I will stay again.

The layout of the hotel is confusing.

Close to all we needed. Huge room. Comfortable. Clean. Only downside was no microwave and no sheets or blankets provided for sleeper sofa.

Rooms were perfect. Great view. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The hotel is undergoing construction so there was always something going on. Understandable The walk to the garage was in a back alley/street. No issues, but not very appealing.
