It was clean, the beds were comfortable

I arrived close to midnight with two children. I had called about an hour before our arrival, and it would have been helpful if I had been informed then that there was no parking available at the hotel. When we arrived, the parking lot was completely full, and I was told to park about a 4-minute walk away near the Outback restaurant. Traveling alone with two kids and, this was very inconvenient. I couldn’t take our staff from the car. I also asked for toothbrushes at the front desk, but none were available. Breakfast was fine, but overall I was disappointed by the parking situation and the lack of advance notice or assistance.
