Bed was super comfy. Hilton used to b a top notch hotel. If this place was a person, it would b Norma Desmond. Past it's prime & beginning to show it's age.

Called to let them know I would b arriving at 12:30a. Drove 9 hrs in from AZ. At 77 th long drive really did me in. Upon arrival, th computer was rebooting or something so I couldn't get checked in. I sat in th lobby dead tired for an hour. Had to park in a red zone cuz parking lot totally full. When computer finally came up, now a key couldn't b made so Paola had to open door for me. Now I couldn't go out to bring in my things cuz I didn't hav a room key to get back in. I survived but I'll NEVER stay at Hampton Inn ever again. Room didn't hav a microwave, which I thot strange. I'v used Booking.com b4 & never had trouble w/a reservation. I realize it was a computer glitch, but I was beyond tired & became a Karen.
