Good size room

A lack of A window to outside. Poor reception early but it did improve. The opening of the bar was a chore. Lack of bathroom accessories

"Reasonable price for a great base!"

This hotel is such a great base for exploring Boston & Salem at a reasonable price. Staff were lovely, breakfast was great to grab something quick (coffee on tap was much appreciated) and rooms were good too. We just found the set up a bit weird, big windows looking out into corridors with people walking past to their rooms, didn't really bother us just odd! Would recommend staying here.

"Hotel, staff and room are good except basis supplies"

Overall Hotel is good. The staff is accomodative and good

The hotel provides individual tubes of Shampoo and Body wash. We stayed there 4 nights for 3 days and they could not provide the shampoo or body wash! They said they ran out and had no supply. On the last day they did not provide toilet paper; I'm not sure why.

"Enjoyable stay overall. Love the decor and room set up. Nice clean and easy to walk or get the train to town."

Really liked the style of the hotel with very nice lobby area.

Fitness suite was okay, needs a little attention as some machines didnโ€™t work. Fusball tables didnโ€™t have a ball which means you canโ€™t relax and play a game with friends.
