The breakfast is terrible and the rooms have no windows

The location was perfect, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating to any request. The hotel was very clean and presentable at all times and it was a great place to base ourselves for our trip.

The continental breakfast had a decent enough selection. However, when the hotel had full occupancy, the food that ran out was not replenished for other guests, who in turn had to 'make-do' with what was left. Also some of the bread was mouldy, which ultimately put us off having breakfast at the hotel completely. This should be checked.. also a slight issue was the temperature of the bedrooms and being unable to open a window (even slightly) made the heat at night an issue

Fantastic location with tram stop right outside. Approx 20mins journey to centre of town. Clean hotel,staff fantastic! Continental breakfast was good with coffee available throughout the day in the lobby. Rooms are odd,very small & stuffy but still a good week spent here attending the World Cup
