The room was clean.

staff don't speak english, so they could not answer any request. The breakfast was insulting, both in the form and manner of serving and in filling the lack of ingredients. On the second day, they did not put out consumables, no tea cups, no tea bags, no soap, and they did not empty the trash cans. In short, there was no proper service for a hotel.

Staff was courteous. Location to public transportation was great.

No windows in the room was kind of strange. Hot breakfast would have been nice. Should have been advertised as “continental” breakfast.

The rooms were clean comfortable and convenient.

The breakfast wasn’t very good and the hotel was way out of Boston It was full Of football fans.

Good location for Brookline and very close to public transport into Boston.

1. The breakfast is essentially a selection of carbohydrates. 2. There is a security deposit which staff say will be reversed within “3-5” business days. It is $50 per day. 3. No Ethernet, only wifi.

Great location for the city

Very nice hotel, clean and very modern. Staff very friendly Close to train stop which is a short journey into city centre

The breakfast is woeful. It is just a mass of carbohydrates. The heat in the room was way too high.

The coffee was good

Check in service was terrible. We arrive early and was told that the room would be ready around 4pm. 6.30pm we were told the room was not habitable as the previous guests had damaged it. We were given the option of a room without air-conditioning or a room with barely air-conditioning but the sink was blocked, the water was coming up the sink during a shower so couldnt wash. Receptionwas advised.. There was no manager to speak too and I ask for some sort of refund. Still waiting. Day 2 we were told we were getting a new room by the manager, but could move in until 4pm. We had to move all our luggage out of the room by 11am and wait until the new room was available. Another inconvenience for us. 3.00pm day 2 get into our new room, which had air-conditioning that worked but really only had one night stay as we were out of our room due to cleaning, air-conditioning, and plumbing issues. I paid $830 for 2 nights stay. I will be expecting some sort of refund as I sat at reception in total around 24 hours

It was clean and beds were soft

The breakfast was the most basic I have ever seen in a hotel. Our biggest problem was the air conditioning not working in our room and we told staff and it was looked at but not fixed so we moved room for second night to then find out air conditioning in new room wasn’t working right either. Told staff and it was reset that night and we got cold air for 30mins before it broke down again! We ended up getting it rest set 5 times in two day to try and get room colder. When we had finally had enough and lack of sleep was getting to us we asked to change room for final night we were then told there were none available as most the hotel had asked for late check outs. We had a friend also staying in hotel and we when to there room to see what it was like and it was like an ice box!! So frustrating
