Clarion Pointe Hopkinsville near The Bruce Convention Center

Ok stay, lobby had horrible leaking roof form the rain. There was no extra thicker blanket in the room like there usually is. Internet was out maybe due to weather. Tried to call front desk and got a busy signal.

we did not stay we went to our room and left. there was food in floor and wet carpet. the toliet had poo on it and the walls were dirty and seperating from the floor.

The main reason I booked a hotel was because of the indoor pool and when we got there, the pool was closed.

Good location

I left one room to stay in another. First room was nasty. The main thing is that there was poop in toilet and I could tell it wasn’t clean. Also, I believe…two light switches wasn’t working and whatever switch that did work the light was so dull I still couldn’t see. There was also a board pulled from the bottom of the wall exposing the nastiness behind it. It was black…mold maybe…not sure. Second room…I thought it was good so I sat for a while because I was tired from driving all day. It was getting late so I decided to take a shower. I get in…turn it on…and drips of water is coming out. I had to turn the knob all the way around to try and get hot water. I kept turning and turning and turning until I had on warm water because it only wanted to give me cold water. I got out of the lukewarm shower that didn’t even put out descent pressured water and headed to the bed. I pulled back the covers and low and behold there was make up smudge on the sheets and hair everywhere…smh! It was late and I knew I wouldn’t find anything else so I pulled the sheets back up and only slept with the comforter but I was still scared of that! Last thing…no internet! I put the password in and it didn’t connect at all! All in all, I feel like I was lied to really because when I booked the room it had an actual picture of the “real clarion” hotel. To my surprise…oh wait…horror…the room looked nothing like the picture that was online. When I first checked in, I asked the guy at the desk if they had a laundry room and he said yes…on the third floor. By that time, another woman was coming back from trying to locate the laundry room. I go to the first room and I see that she’s still looking so I tried to help but was unsuccessful. When I went back to the desk I asked the same guy where was the laundry room because the other lady gave up and went to a laundry mat. Well, to my surprise…they didn’t have one! But it’s on the website! Another worker said it wasn’t one.

House keeping was excellent

Had to switch rooms because the first room, nothing worked ,TV, phone, air conditioner. It was not really clean, and the room didn't have a trash can. The second room also had to have a desk clerk come up to the room with a handheld device to open our room because the card reader on the door did not work. The coffee maker didn't work. The pool was closed, and the free breakfast was refrigerated cheap sausage biscuits that had to be microwaved, and the coffee was in an instant coffee not brewed .

It is close to Diving. There is nothing else good about it. I would write more, but I need help thinking of something else. One thing was nice—the manager did her best. I would not recommend this hotel.

Blood was on the sheets, and the bed was a twin that didn't fit the space. I reserved a queen or full. The food was either cold or uneditable. Very run down. My friend had no working light bulbs and ask for some but never got them. Room was not cleaned between days of stay.
